Counselling services
Welcome to a safe space where you can explore, heal, and grow. My approach is not your typical therapist. I can be a person to listen, give life advice on how I have experieced and I will always tell the truth. My sessions will run over Facetime however, you may have your camera off at any point.
NO FEES - NO OBLIGATION - NO JUDGEMENT
Support and validation
At Mental Wellbeing/LGBTQ+/Addiction, I believe in the power of one conversation to change a life. Our counselling approach is rooted in understanding, validation, and building your confidence to reach out for the support you need. I have found that sometimes it's better to talk to a stranger than it is to a friend or family member. That is completely fine.

Why do we help?
Supporting someone you care about, or simply feeling lost, you're welcome here. That's it.
I created this space because I know how much it can mean to have someone who listens without judgment. Through my own lived experiences and my work supporting others, I want this website to be a place where you feel safe, understood and never alone.
You don't need to have all the answers, and you don't have to face life's challenges by yourself. Whatever brings you here, I hope you'll find compassion, encouragement and a community that reminds you your story matters.
Everyone deserves to be heard. Everyone deserves to belong. Everyone deserves hope.
What to expect
After talking with either a qualified professional or myself, I hope you will feel heard, validated, and empowered. My aim is for you to leave with a renewed sense of self-worth, knowing you have the strength and support to navigate your life. We encourage you to share your journey, whether through our blog or a message, to inspire others on this site and continue building our compassionate community. So why not go ahead and click the button below and share your story on what Mental Health has been like for you
Your stories will be published unless you advise otherwise; they will go on as anonymous. An email will follow to let you know it has been posted. You never know how much help you can be to another human being - Even if you don't disclose your name. I guarantee they will be forever grateful.
